JULIANN TALLEY

     Juliann Talley, 77, of Stratford, WI, passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at Vita Care Assisted Living. 

     She was born July 15, 1945, in Oelwein, IA, the daughter of George and Virginia Jamison. She married James Talley Nov. 27, 1965, in Oelwein, IA. Juliann graduated from Oelwein High School in 1963. After graduation she attended Drake University in Des Moines, IA, where she received a degree in business administration. She worked in various secretarial positions in Black River Falls. Juliann enjoyed camping, playing bridge and attending her children’s sporting and school events.

     Juliann is survived by her husband, James Talley; her daughter, Lisa (Chuck) Foley; her sons, Jim (Karin) Talley and Jeff (Tara) Talley; her brother, Alan (Barb) Jamison, and their three boys, Eric, Scott, and Mark; seven grandchildren, Brandon, Mikayla and Ryan Foley, Nicholas and Hayden Talley, and Morgen and Maya Talley. 

     She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Virginia Jamison, and daughter Jaime Leigh in infancy. 

     A graveside service will be held in her hometown of Oelwein, IA, Oct. 14 at the Woodlawn Cemetery.

     The family would like to thank Rachel and the staff from Moments Hospice, the staff at Just Like Home and the staff of Vita Care for all of their support, guidance, friendship and care of Julie.

     In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Moments Hospice or Vita Care Assisted Living.
