ROBERT “BOB” PAULSON

     Robert “Bob” Paulson passed away March 24, 2025, in Alameda, CA, at the age of 86. He was born in Black River Falls April 26, 1938, to the late Bennie and Josie (Isabell) Paulson. He was a 1956 graduate of Black River Falls High School. Bob proudly served in the United States Navy for 20 years, retiring with the rank of chief petty officer. During his military career, he was honored with several commendations, including the National Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, and the Good Conduct Medal. 

     He is survived by his children, stepchildren, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. 

     Preceding him in death were his parents and wife, Lynda. 

     A service will be held in Bob’s memory in the future. The family requests donations to the Combat Veterans Association 33-2, in his name.
