Local swimmers earn WISCA All-State, Academic All-State honors

Hannah Tubbs of the Black River Falls Tigers swimming co-op with Lincoln and Blair-Taylor received All-State honors in the 50-yard and 100-yard freestyle. Tubbs was also one of five finalists for Division 2 swimmer of the year.
