DEAN PHILLIPS

     Dean Phillips, 93, passed away July 12, 2025. He was born June 30, 1932, to Ernest and Elsie (Van Vleet) Phillips. He graduated from Black River Falls High School in1950 and joined the Air Force in 1952. He married Jo Ryan in 1961, and they moved to Milwaukee where he began his 31-year career at Allen Bradley.

     Throughout his life his passion for guns and airplanes never waned and were lifelong hobbies he shared with his family. 

     He is survived by his wife of 64 years and their two daughters, Andrea Hanson and Amy Phillips; five grandchildren; and one great-grandson. 

     His hometown, Black River Falls, was always in his heart.
