BARBARA STENBERG

     Barbara Jean Stenberg passed away Sept. 25, 2022. She is survived by one sister, Irene (Cliff) Brandvold; two nephews, Eric (Jamie) Brandvold and Brian (Julie) Brandvold; one niece, Tiffany Erdos; and various other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.

     She graduated from River Falls College and was offered a teaching position in Black River Falls. She taught there until her retirement in 2003.

     Barb loved teaching and her humor was appreciated by all who knew her. She loved to read, especially mysteries and history. She was also an animal lover.

     She will be sadly missed by family, friends and students.

     A memorial service will be held in the spring in Black River Falls. Memorials can be given to the local animal shelter or the Black River Falls Public Library.
