CAROL KACZMAREK

     Carol Kaczmarek, 84, of Neillsville, WI, passed away with her family by her side on Sunday, Oct. 8, 2023.

     She was born in Milwaukee, WI, and united in marriage to Edward Kaczmarek on Valentine’s Day 1959. Formerly of Cudahy, WI, and upon retirement, she spent the last 27 years residing in Neillsville.

     Carol enjoyed playing Uno, Yahtzee, 500 and many board and card games. She enjoyed many family reunions, get-togethers and felt blessed to be married to her loving husband of 64 years.

     She is survived by her loving husband, Edward; four daughters, Betty (Don), Teresa, Gloria (Tim) and Elaine (Ed); and grandchildren Chrissy, Greg (Renee), Jenny (Ed), Jason, Amanda (Kurt) Miranda, Jeff, Robert (Sharlea) and Melissa (Chris). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren she held dearly in her heart; two sisters, JoAnne and Shirley; one sister-in-law; two brothers-in-law and many nieces, nephews and friends.

     She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Esther; a sister, Delores; a grandchild, Mary Ann; and several in-laws.

     Funeral services for Carol were held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 13, 2023, at the Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville. Fr. Greg Michaud officiated. Interment was in the Dells Dam Cemetery in Neillsville. Visitation was from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the Gesche Funeral Home.
