DONALD FULTON

DONALD FULTON

Donald Fulton, 77, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2025, at George C. Forsythe Hospice House, in Auburndale, FL, after battling kidney disease for several years. He was born July 1, 1947, in Black River Falls, WI, and was the beloved son of Wilma (Koerth) and Arthur Fulton. He married Cynthia Marie Hanson on June 24, 1966.

Don retired from the state of Wisconsin in 2003 after working as a correctional officer for 25 years. He previously worked at Northern Engraving, was an amazing sign painter (as well as more than a few stock cars), previously owned Just Yesterday Antiques in Waupun, WI, and Apollo Sign and CB Sales in Melrose, WI, built ice shanties with his brother, Ronny, did home improvements (siding, roofs, remodeling, plumping, electrical) with his brother, Kenny, served as the Brockway Town Chairman. Don was not a man comfortable with expressing his feelings. He showed people in other ways by doing things for them, whether that was replacing your roof or mowing your lawn, he could do whatever needed to be done.

Don is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Cynthia Fulton; brothers Arthur and Kenneth Fulton; sisters Cheryl Jessie and Joyce Rockney; and sister-in-law Arlys Fulton.

Don is survived by son Scott (Dawn) Fulton of Germantown, WI, son Brian (Kathy) Fulton of Greenville, SC, and daughter Lisa (Duane) Spurling of Kalamazoo, MI; grandchildren Kaylee Fulton (Jimmy Ubert), Kendall Fulton, Haley (Adam) Brockway, Morgan (Drew) Wilke, Duane (Sarah) Spurling and Blake Kunkle and great-grandchildren, Milana, Archer, Elin and Oakland.

At this time, no formal services will be held for Donald. Please take the time to remember Don on his Facebook page if you would like to share any memories or stories with his family.
