Ralph L. Tubbs, 81, of Chippewa Falls passed away Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2021, at his home surrounded by his loving family and under the care of Moments Hospice.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 23, 2022, at the American Legion Post 53, 634 Water St, Eau Claire with military honors. A celebration of life will continue at the American Legion until 6 p.m.
