RONALD GILBERTSON

     Ronald Gilbertson, 77, passed away Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Meadowbrook in Black River Falls. 

     Ron was born Sept. 18, 1947, in Black River Falls to Gaylord and Gertrude (Davis) Gilbertson. He graduated from Black River Falls High School and attended University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. He worked as an administrator at Mulder Nursing Home in West Salem, until his retirement in 2012. After retirement, he continued to work on the farm. 

     He enjoyed eating out with friends and going out to the casino. 

     He is preceded in death by his parents, Gaylord and Gertrude. 

     Ron is survived by his brother, Gary (Mary Garbers) Gilbertson, many friends and family.

     The graveside service for Ron will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 5, 2025, at Riverside Cemetery in Black River Falls. A visitation will be held at Torgerson’s Funeral Home Saturday from 1 p.m. until time of service.

     A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

     Torgerson’s Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
