THEODORE ROBERT “BOB” IBINGER

Theodore Robert “Bob” Ibinger, of Mount Horeb, Wis., passed away peacefully Sept. 26, 2026, surrounded by family. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Nancy.
Bob shared 74 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Janet. Together they raised 10 children and built a loving family. He is survived by Janet; children, Linda (Marc) Vrotsos, Vicky (Bill) Bahl, Kathy Streff, Jan (John) Wills, Ted (Linda) Ibinger, Mary (John) Buechner, Tom (Lisa) Ibinger, Sue (Joel) Skalet, and Terry (Julie) Ibinger; 27 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.
Bob, a Navy Veteran, worked hard to provide for his family and started Janlin Plastics, an injection-molding business. He enjoyed bowling, including three perfect 300 games, deer hunting near Black River Falls, Badgers games, and summers at the family lake home in Missouri.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, 109 S. Sixth St., Mount Horeb, at 11 a.m. Friday, October 2, 2026, with Father Brian Dulli presiding. Visitation was held at Gunderson Camacho Mount Horeb Funeral and Cremation Care, 500 N. Eighth St., Mount Horeb, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, 2026, and also at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the Mass on Friday. A private burial was held at Calvary-St. Ignatius Catholic Cemetery.
The family would like to thank Bob’s caregivers for their love, kindness, and care. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Agrace Hospice Care or The Salvation Army.
Rest peacefully, Bob. Your love and legacy will remain in our hearts.
