Hannah Tubbs of the Black River Youth Swimmimg (BRYS) earned special recognition at the 2024 Midwest Regional Swim Meet, as she earned the High Point Award for girls ages 15-18. She also achieved a Wisconsin USA State Qualifying Time in the 100 breaststroke.
